Roberta (Bobbie) Kaplan is the Broker and owner of Weichert, Realtors - Sun Sand & Sea Homes. She has specialized in selling and marketing real estate in the Tampa Bay area since 1978. After beginning her career with a major publicly-owned Florida real estate company, she has nurtured her real estate expertise by extensive association with developers, lenders, buyers and sellers. Bobbie was a principal in the development team that developed Crescent Beach Club Two and the Ultimar Community on Sand Key in Clearwater, Florida and was an owner of Ultimar Realty on Sand Key, the predecessor to our Weichert office on Clearwater Beach.
